Kim Colwell, Partner

Kim Colwell, BFA graduate of NYU, is a sustainable interior designer, second generation feng shui master and partner at the Shambhalla Institute. She has studied under the tutelage of her mother, Melinda Joy, for more than 20 years.

The high concept environments envisioned by Kim are inspired by a deep understanding of her clientele's individuality, personal goals and interests. Kim's heart goes into every project to find innovative, creative ways to engage each client in their environment, supporting sustainable living.

Using Eastern techniques, she creates balanced, harmonious and inviting spaces that provide a foundation to uncover deeper levels of well-being and personal achievement.

Kim is known for blending psychological techniques into her interior design and feng shui practice. Using these modalities allows her to create stylized spaces that support individuality and inspire client's to achieve their personal goals.

Kim's experience as an interior designer, feng shui consultant and teacher has attracted interviews on Fox, Wellness TV, Working Nurse and C magazine.
